Mary Zagoritou Gallery proposes this painting for your collection
because this watercolour absorbs the beauty of the original place reflects back
at the same time the Cornish beauty of the Atlantic Ocean while reminding Greek
landscapes of seaside, cliffs and meadows. 

We chose the artwork as it is inspirational because of its bright colours,
delicate technique and history behind it. 

The Minack Theatre is Cornwall's world famous open-air theatre, carved
into the granite cliff and set in glorious gardens overlooking the spectacular
panorama of Porthcurno Bay. 

The Artist

Elisabeth Clarke lives and works in Cornwall. Drawing inspiration from the land and sea around her, she works in watercolour to recreate the atmosphere of the dramatic coastline and the wild interior of this wonderful county.
